Neck pain is a common complaint among people of all ages, especially for those people who have everyday repetitive motions, posture while working on the computer, or people who have degenerative disorders affecting the neck discs of the spinal column. Symptoms are neck strain, spasms, pain, headache, dizziness, pain can radiate to shoulders and down to the arms, pins.
When people seek medical care for neck pain, they are often prescribed pain killer medications and muscle relaxers to relief the symptoms until the situation resolves itself. This does not address the root cause, however, and the pain may return or worsen.
